Welcome to the Home of Self-Advocacy!

Who We Are

NextGen Advocacy Arkansas (NGAA) is a local nonprofit based in Little Rock, Arkansas, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through self-advocacy, leadership, and community engagement. We are more than a program—we are a movement where self-advocates shape their own path, make their own decisions, and build a community rooted in trust and inclusion.

Our Mission

At NextGen Advocacy Arkansas, our mission is to equip individuals with disabilities in Little Rock with the tools, confidence, and opportunities to lead. We believe true advocacy is built on self-determination and collaboration, creating a future where self-advocates are not just included in conversations, but drive them.

What We Offer

NGAA provides programs and initiatives that support individuals with disabilities as they discover their voice, grow as leaders, and connect with their community. Through pathways of education, mentorship, peer support, and partnership, we help individuals develop the confidence and skills to advocate for themselves and for others.

Whether it’s learning about local policy, building leadership skills, connecting with peers for encouragement, or working with community partners to improve systems, NGAA is here to make advocacy accessible, meaningful, and empowering.
